Shipping and Returns Policy

Please ensure that you have read and fully understood the terms and conditions laid out prior to purchasing any products from Johnny Ha, LLC. This website, Grillchanger.com (the “Site”), is owned and operated by Johnny Ha LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). While we operate under the brand name Grillchanger or Grillchanger.com, Johnny Ha LLC is the sole legal entity responsible for all transactions and operations on this Site.

Price & Payment

The price for any product will be as quoted on our Site, except in cases of obvious error. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated, and payment must be made in full before the order is processed.

Delivery

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by third parties, including incorrect delivery address details provided at the time of purchase. We cannot take responsibility for delays to orders shipped outside the U.S. due to individual customs regulations. Please check with your country’s customs office regarding the import of the products you wish to order. As the buyer, you are responsible for any import restrictions, prohibited import items, taxes, tariffs, fees, and other duties. You are responsible for complying with international, national, or local laws regulating the importation of products that you may purchase. If an order is refused delivery by customs due to unauthorized ingredients or contents, Johnny Ha, LLC is not responsible for any losses or costs incurred by you. You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, levies, fees, and/or any other expenses related to importing the products you order. If the shipment is abandoned or discarded by customs, you will not receive a refund or credit of any kind. By ordering, you agree to these terms.

Returns

All Sales Are Final. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. We do not accept returns or refunds for any reason unless we choose to do so at our sole discretion. Please ensure that you have carefully reviewed your order before completing the purchase.

Damaged Goods For an item that has arrived damaged, please reach out to [email protected] within 3 days of receiving the damaged item, and we will be happy to assist you. Proof of damage, such as photos, may be required.

Refunds Refunds will be provided at our sole discretion. If we choose to approve a refund, the following conditions apply:

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to post. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Sale Items ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL and cannot be refunded.

Miscellaneous

You will be subject to the policies in force at the time that you order products from us unless any change to those policies is required by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if we notify you of the change to those policies before we send you the invoice.
